Moving off Wix, Squarespace or a template that has run out of room. You keep your content and your domain; what changes is what the site can actually do.

Search visibility built in rather than bolted on — clean markup, fast pages, proper metadata and structured data. If your customers find you locally, that includes setting up and filling out your Google Business Profile.

Set up and handed over
Hosting, domain and DNS, contact forms that reach your inbox, and analytics if you want them. You own and control every account it runs on, with the credentials documented for your records.

Ongoing support
Optional, never required. Content and seasonal updates, security patches, monitoring, and help keeping your Google Business listing current — on a monthly basis, if you'd rather not manage it yourself.
How it works
- Conversation We talk about what your business needs and whether I'm the right fit for it.
- Scope and quote A written list of what's included and a fixed project price, agreed before any work starts.
- Design Homepage mockups to approve first, so the direction is settled before anything gets built.
- Build Development, with rounds of revisions included so you can shape it as it comes together.
- Launch It goes live, you get the credentials and a walkthrough, and I fix any bugs that surface afterwards.
Every project is different, so work is quoted as a fixed project price rather than by the hour, with the scope agreed in writing first. Bilingual English and Spanish sites are something I've built before and am glad to do again. See the terms for how work is agreed.
